Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales and Marketing Manager to join the BGS team. The successful candidate’s role will be to increase the profits of our company by selling security guard services to major clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate leads with potential clients and book appointments over the phone
• Visit potential sites across the GTA
• Make presentations to senior executives and Boards
• Perform related market research for new clients
• Report to the Manager of Operations
• Recruit and train other sales representatives
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must have own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and willing to travel across the GTA
• Must posses a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in direct B2B sales
• Experience in selling and building relationships with senior executives of large corporations
• Familiarity with the security guard industry
• Familiarity with condominium buildings, property managers, Boards of Directors, construction firms, real estate developers, plazas, malls, etc.
• Must be energetic, motivated, goal-orientated, and a good team player
• Experience in selling security guard services will be considered a strong asset

Compensation: Base salary plus commission and other bonuses to be negotiated

Start Date: Immediately
