How to Post Jobs

Before posting, you can preview your listing to make sure it appears as you intended. Once you approve, your posting will be immediately available for viewing on jobhawk.com.

You can assign prescreening filters to your job criteria and prepare up to five custom, prescreening questions so you will be able to quickly identify only those candidates with the appropriate skills and experience. Jobhawk shows you how well candidates match your criteria with our Relevancy Index.

You may set closing dates after which your job opportunity will no longer appear online, or allow your posting to run for a full 60 days.

You may choose to have applications sent to your Jobhawk account where you can manage them online, or sent to an e-mail address of your choice. You may also choose to automatically link candidates directly to your company's website. Or, you may specify an alternate method to receive applications, such as fax.
